酸活化生物质制备负载型手性salen Co(Ⅱ)/活性炭催化剂及其催化活性初探

【摘要】 随着绿色科学理念的普及,可回收固载型手性salen Co(Ⅱ)催化剂成为制备手性环氧氯丙烷的研究热点。本文通过采用磷酸和路易斯酸共同活化的方法制备活性炭,并负载手性salen Co(Ⅱ)催化剂,使用红外、SEM等对催化剂进行了表征,证实了催化剂负载成功,并将此催化剂应用于环氧氯丙烷的手性拆分,拆分效果好,且催化剂重复使用步骤简单、活性保持较好。

【Abstract】 As a very important three-carbon chiral compound, chiral epichlorohydrin has been widely used in the field of medical chemistry. Chiral epichlorohydrin is usually prepared using chiral salen Co(Ⅱ) as catalyst. With the popularization of green science concepts, recyclable catalysts have become popular concerning, and solid-supported catalysts are an effective way to solve this problem. In this paper, the immobilization of chiral salen Co(Ⅱ) catalyst was studied. The activated carbon was prepared by co-activation of phosphoric acid and Lewis acid, then the chiral salen Co(Ⅱ) catalyst was supported on it. The supporting catalyst was characterized by infrared, SEM, etc., and confirmed the catalyst was successfully loaded, and the catalyst was applied to the chiral resolution of epichlorohydrin, the resolution is good, and the catalyst has simple steps for reuse and good continuous activity.
