基于Aspen plus热泵型烟气除湿脱白系统的模拟分析

【摘要】 我国大量火电厂的燃煤锅炉基本采用湿法脱硫,排放烟气会发生白色烟羽现象,经研究,白色烟羽中含有的颗粒物是导致雾霾的原因之一。分析现有白色烟羽脱白技术的特点,结合机械式和吸收式热泵,采用冷凝再热技术对白色烟羽进行热量和水分的回收。利用Aspen plus对机械式热泵、NH3-H2O和H2O-LiBr吸收式热泵进行数据模拟,得出3种热泵型除湿脱白技术的操作条件。

【Abstract】 A large number of coal-fired boilers in domestic thermal power plants generally adopt a wet desulfurization technology and the flue gas emitted there has white smoke. The research on it showed that,the particals contained in white smoke is one of the causes of smog. Through analyzing the characteristics of the existing white smoke de-whitening technology, employing mechanical and absorption heat pumps,adopting the condensation reheating technology to recycle both heat and water from the white smoke was implemented, including making use of Aspen plus to simulate the mechanical heat pump and the NH3-H2O and H2O-LiBr absorption heat pump to obtain operating conditions of three heat pump dehumidification and de-whitening technologies.
