纳米Fe3O4/TiO2磁性复合体的原位制备及其实际应用研究
The In-situ Synthesis and Application of the Nano Fe3O4/TiO2 Magnetic Composite
【摘要】 采用原位生长法,以钛氧有机化合物(TOC)为前驱物,低温(60℃)液相,在磁性纳米Fe3O4的表面直接形成纳米Ti O2,制得白度较好的纳米Fe3O4/Ti O2磁性复合体。利用FT-IR、UV-Vis、XPS、SEM和PPMS(磁性材料综合物性测量系统)对样品进行表征。实验结果表明,在Fe3O4和Ti O2之间形成了Ti-O-Fe键,制备得到的纳米Fe3O4/Ti O2磁性复合体分散性较好,平均粒径为40~50 nm,饱和磁化强度为49. 2 emu/g,矫顽力为152 Oe。制备的磁性复合体可以用于光催化氧化降解造纸废水并可用磁铁进行分离回收利用,降解率高达75%;也可以用于磁性纸的制备,满足实际应用要求。
【Abstract】 Nano Fe3 O4/Ti O2 magnetic composite with high whiteness had been successfully prepared through the in-situ systhesis of nanosized crystalline Ti O2 on the surface of nanosized Fe3 O4 particles at low temperature(60 ℃)using titanyl organic compounds(TOC) as the precursor. The as-prepared samples had been characterized with FTIR、Uv-Vis、XPS、SEM and PPMS(Physical Property Measurement System). The experimental results proved that there were chemical bond links(Ti-O-Fe) between Fe3 O4 and Ti O2. The as-prepared nano Fe3 O4 composite had an outstanding dispersibility with the particle size of about 40 ~50 nm, the saturation magnetization intensity of 49.2 emu by photocatalytic oxidation with the composite which can be separated with the magnet. The composite can be also used in the preparation of magnetic paper to meet the practical application.
