妇科病治疗药硝呋太尔的结构分析

【摘要】 本文对药物硝呋太尔进行了结构分析和形貌观察。确定紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)检测波长为260 nm,高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定其纯度为99.86%;利用元素分析(EA)、质谱分析(MS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、热分析(DSC和TGA)、X-射线粉末衍射(PXRD)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等现代仪器对硝呋太尔进行了结构分析,得出了其特征谱图及参数;对硝呋太尔进行了高湿环境下晶型稳定性的考察,表明硝呋太尔在高湿环境下晶型稳定。本文的研究为硝呋太尔的鉴定和储存提供了参考。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the structure and morphology of nifuratel were analyzed. The detection wavelength is determined by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrometry(UV-Vis) to be 260 nm. The purity of the sample determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was 99. 86%. The test spectra and structural characteristic parameters of nifuratel were obtained by elemental analysis(EA), mass spectrometry(MS), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(NMR), thermal analysis(DSC and TGA), X-ray powder diffraction(PXRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The stability of the crystal form in the highhumidity environment is also studied. It is shown that the crystal form is stable in the high-humidity environment. The research of this paper provides a reference for the production identification and storage of nifuratel.
