复方管花肉苁蓉片缓解小鼠运动疲劳的作用研究

【摘要】 管花肉苁蓉和淫羊藿是我国几千年来一直用于强身健体的两种中药。牛磺酸和锌是现代医学中人体的重要组成部分。根据中药配伍的原理,由管花肉苁蓉、淫羊藿、牛磺酸和葡萄糖酸锌组成了复方管花肉苁蓉片。本研究旨在评价新型保健品复方管花肉苁蓉片对小鼠的抗疲劳作用,并探索其抗疲劳作用的机制。选用雄性小鼠,设低、中、高剂量和阴性对照组,分别给予复方管花肉苁蓉片产品和等量纯水,连续灌胃30天后,测定各组小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮含量、肝糖原含量和血乳酸水平。与阴性对照组比较,复方管花肉苁蓉片能显著增加小鼠负重游泳时间,加速血乳酸清除,提高肝糖原水平。这些结果表明,复方管花肉苁蓉片能延缓疲劳的产生,这可能与复方管花肉苁蓉片的抗氧化应激效应有关。

【Abstract】 Cistanchetubulosa and herbaEpimedii are two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) that have been used for physical fitness over thousands of years. Taurine and zinc are important components of the human body in modern medicine.The compound Cistanchetubulosa tablets(CCTs) which are composed of Cistanchetubulosa, herbaEpimedii, taurine and zinc gluconate according to the principle of compatibility of TCM,have been designed for evaluating the anti-fatigue effects of the new combination of health product-CCTs in mice and exploring the possible underlying mechanism. The male mice were randomly divided into four experimental sets for the detection of different indicators. Each set of mice were divided into four groups and administered CCTs of 1.98, 1.32, 0.66 and 0 g/kg.Bw. After 30 days, it was observed that CCTs could significantly increase the forced swimming time, accelerate blood lactic acid clearance and enhance hepatic glycogen levels in mice. These results suggest that CCTs can retard the generation of fatigue, which may be related to the anti-oxidative stress effect of CCTs.
