用ThermalCal软件辅助化工热力学教学——压缩制冷循环计算
Teaching of Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics Based on ThermalCal Software——Calculation of Compression Refrigeration Cycle
【摘要】 压缩制冷循环计算是化工热力学教学中的重要内容,但因其计算过程复杂、计算量大,成为教学中的一大难题。文章介绍了采用ThermalCal软件辅助计算以氟里昂HCFC-22为制冷剂的理想压缩制冷循环的过程。该示例有助于学生提高计算效率,加深对压缩制冷循环计算内核的理解,从而能够有效改善课堂教学效果。
【Abstract】 The calculation of compression refrigeration cycle is an important part of teaching of chemical engineering thermodynamics,but its calculation process is complex and the calculated amount is large,which is a big problem in teaching.In this paper,Freon HCFC-22 is used as a refrigerant,and the calculation process of the ideal compression refrigeration cycle is demonstrated with the assistance of ThermalCal software.This example is beneficial for students to improve computational efficiency and deepen the understanding on the calculation of the compression refrigeration cycle,which can improve classroom teaching efficiency.
