【摘要】 石化行业的产业链长、涉及面广,对卓越工程技术人才的需求旺盛。针对行业需求,福州大学采取"2+2"校-地-企联合办学模式,以海西特色石化上下游产业为引领,以卓越工程人才培养为目标,对人才培养体系和课程体系进行改革与创新,同时加强师资队伍建设,搭建多种类型的校企共建平台,使产业链与人才培养链互融互动,促进校企协同发展、共同育人,构建了服务于石化产业链人才培养的"泉港模式"。更多还原

【Abstract】 The petrochemical industry has a long industrial chain,and includes wide range of fields.It strongly requires outstanding engineering and technical personnel.In response to the needs of the industry,the "2+2" school-local-enterprise joint model(SLEJM)is adopted in Fuzhou University,which chooses Haixi’s characteristic petrochemical upstream and downstream industries as the leader and makes excellent engineering talent training as the goal.SLEJM reforms the talent training system and curriculum system,strengthens the construction of teachers,build a variety of types of school-enterprise co-construction platforms,interacts and twines industrial chain and the talent training chain,promotes school and enterprise to coordinate development and jointly educate people,and finally builds a " Quangang mode" to serve the training of petrochemical industry chain talent.更多还原
