创新发展理念在工程专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中的探索与实践

【摘要】 文章从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大核心理念出发,分析了一流高校和一流学科建设背景下工程专业学位硕士研究生培养面临的主要问题,提出解决上述问题的根本出路是营造团结、和谐、稳定的绿色人文环境和形成注重质量、特色和内涵的创新发展理念,并结合浙江工业大学的实际情况,在生源质量、复试选拔、培养方案、课堂教学、日常管理、过程监控、毕业与申请学位条件七个方面开展了探索与实践,取得了良好的效果。上述工作对于化学工程领域工程专业学位硕士研究生的培养具有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the five core concepts of innovation,integration,green,opening and sharing,the main problems in the cultivation process of engineering postgraduate for professional master’s degree were analyzed from the view of the construction of the first class universities and top disciplines,and the fundamental ways out to solve these problems were proposed,including to create a unity,harmony and stability green human environment,to form an innovation and development concept focusing on quality,characteristic and connotation.Furthermore,combined with the actual situations during the cultivation process in Zhejiang University of Technology,the innovation and development concept was practiced in the following aspects of quality of postgraduate,re-interview selection,training program,classroom teaching,daily management,process monitoring,graduation and application for degree,and a good effect was achieved in these seven aspects.These work are valuable and have reference significance for the cultivation of engineering postgraduate for professional master’s degree in the area of chemical engineering.
