赤泥陶粒功能材料制备及其吸附溶液中Cd2+的试验研究

【摘要】 基于以废治废的理念,以污染性废渣赤泥为原料对陶粒制作工艺进行优化,制备出新型吸附功能材料赤泥陶粒,研究了其对Cd2+的吸附性能。研究对象选取Cd(NO32溶液为模拟废水,分别考察了Cd2+浓度、赤泥陶粒质量、溶液pH值、温度与时间对赤泥陶粒吸附性能的影响,分析了赤泥陶粒的再生效果。结合正交试验及单因素试验确定出赤泥陶粒吸附Cd2+的最优条件:Cd2+质量浓度为10 mg/L,赤泥陶粒质量为1.436 8 g, pH值为7.0,温度为35℃,振荡时间为60 min,在此条件下赤泥陶粒对Cd2+的吸附率为100%,赤泥陶粒可以成为去除废水中Cd2+的一种新选择。

【Abstract】 Based on the concept of waste control by waste, ceramisite production process was optimized by using pollutive waste residue: red clay as the raw material. A new type of functional adsorption material: red clay ceramsite was prepared, and then, its adsorption performance for Cd2+was studied. Taking stimulated wastewater:Cd(NO32 solution as the research object, the influences of Cd2+concentration, red clay ceramsite quantity, solution p H value, temperature and time on the adsorption performance were investigated, the regeneration effect of red clay ceramsite was analyzed. Combining the results of orthogonal test and single factor test, the optimal condition for red clay ceramsite adsorbing Cd2+was finally determined as follows: the mass concentration of Cd2+was10 mg/L, the quantity of red clay ceramsite was 1.436 8, the pH value was 7.0, the temperature was 35 ℃, the oscillation time was 60 min. Under the above condition, the adsorption rate of Cd2+by red clay ceramsite was100%, therefore, red clay ceramsite could be an option for Cd2+removal from wastewater.
