【Abstract】 For many years,the real estate industry has been regarded as the foregoing industry in the market economy. The expected changes in the market often reflect the actual situation of local economic development. Therefore,based on the research results of the real estate market in Chuzhou City,Anhui Province,this paper analyzes and forecasts the development scope and investment direction of the real estate market in 2020,and proposes that the government should coordinate construction of high-quality development of urban agglomerations; internal financial risks should be strictly controlled; its own brand quality should be created with full efforts.
