基于“卓越计划”2.0理念的人才培养体系改革研究——以合肥工业大学建筑环境与能源应用工程专业为例
Research on the Reform of Talent Training System Based on the Concept of “A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers” 2.0: A Case Study of Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering Specialty in Hefei University of Technology
【摘要】 以合肥工业大学建筑环境与能源应用工程专业为例,针对毕业生实践创新能力和产业急需能力不完全匹配用人单位需求的现状,提出了以"学生中心、产出导向、持续改进"工程教育新理念为指引的人才培养体系改革措施。具体内容包括:重新厘定专业定位,构建人才培养教学框架,重塑全方位立体化实践教学闭环体系。实践证明,一系列改革措施助力人才培养质量提升,专业建设取得一定成效。
【Abstract】 Taking the Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering specialty in Hefei University of Technology as an example, in view of the fact that graduates’ capabilities of practical innovation and meeting the industry’s urgent needs do not completely match the needs of employers, the measures on the reform of talent training system guided by the new concept of student-centered and output-oriented engineering education with continuous improvement are presented. The measures include re-determining the specialty orientation, establishing the framework of talent training, and reshaping the comprehensive, three-dimensional and closed-loop system of practical teaching. It has been proved that the measures are valuable for improving the quality of talent training, and progress has been made in the specialty construction.
