【Abstract】 Spice method on predicting the noise of charge sensitive preamplifier is described.Two different designs of charge preamplifier along with amplifying circuit are designed and built to verify this method.The noise is measured at different detector capacitances at different peaking times.The simulated noise results are very consistent with the measured noise results.The result shows the Spice method is feasible.更多还原
