【摘要】 为满足多丝探测器数据采集系统集成化、小型化的需求,设计了一套基于Zynq的多丝探测器数据采集系统。该系统具有积分时间的下发和多通道模拟信号的采集、传输、显示和存储功能。测试结果表明:整个系统运行方便,各通道数据采集速率可达1 Msps,采集信号输入范围为- 10~+10V,采集最大测量偏差为1.13%;在0~50nA电流范围内,线性度好于1.41%,功能便于扩展。

【Abstract】 This study aims to meet the needs of integration and miniaturization of multi-wire detector data acquisition systems.A multi-wire detector data acquisition system was designed based on Zynq chip.The system has the functions of sending integration time and collecting,transmitting,displaying and storing multi-channel analog signals.The test results show that the whole system is easy to operate.The data acquisition rate of each channel can reach 1 Msps,and the range of input signal is-10 V~+10 V.The maximum measurement deviation is 1.13%.In the current range of 0 nA~50 nA,the linearity is better than 1.41%;the function is easy to expand.
