【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the new opportunities for excellent agricultural and forestry talents to integrate into regional development and cultivation,and the endogenous mechanism for excellent agricultural and forestry talents to integrate into regional development and cultivation. This paper puts forward a new way to cultivate outstanding agricultural and forestry talents to integrate into regional development,such as taking government services as guidance,building a school enterprise cooperation platform, taking entrepreneurship education as support, optimizing the undergraduate training program,taking practical education as the core,and improving the quality assurance system.Under the mode of cooperation between government,industry,university and research Institute,resource sharing and information exchange are realized to better cultivate outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.更多还原
