快速熔盐法合成BiVO4及其光催化性能的研究
The Research on Synthesis of BiVO4 by Rapid Molten Salt Method and their Visible Light Photocatalytic Properties
【摘要】 采用熔盐法在不同的温度(350~400℃)快速合成BiVO4,并对合成的样品进行形貌、结构和光催化性能研究.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱分析(DRS)、比表面积(BET)、荧光光谱(PL)等手段对BiVO4光催化剂的结构、形貌和荧光性质进行了表征,并在可见光下降解罗丹明B来研究BiVO4光催化性能.实验结果表明,370℃时制备的BiVO4光催化剂光催化效果最好,在120min的可见光的照射下,86.8%的罗丹明B被降解.
【Abstract】 BiVO4 was rapidly synthesized by a molten salt method at different temperatures(350~400 ℃), and the morphology, structure and photocatalytic properties of the synthesized samples were studied. The structure, morphology and fluorescence properties of BiVO4 photocatalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Scanning electron microscope(SEM), Fourier infrared spectrum(FT-IR), Uv-vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy(DRS), Specific surface area(BET) and Fluorescence spectroscopy(PL). In addition, the degradation performance of BiVO4 photocatalyst on rhodamine B solution under visible light was also studied. The results showed that the BiVO4 photocatalyst fabricated at 370 ℃ had the best photocatalytic effect, and the degradation rate of rhodamine B was 86.8% at 120 min under visible light.
