CoPtPb纳米合金的一锅法合成及其电化学性能研究

【摘要】 采取乙酰丙酮钴、乙酰丙酮铂和乙酰丙酮铅作为反应物,通过一锅法在340℃下制备得到CoPtPb三元纳米合金.采用SEM、XRD对CoPtPb材料的表面形貌、晶体结构和成分进行分析,研究不同组分的CoPtPb材料的电化学氧还原性能和产氢性能.研究发现,CoPtPb达到与商业Pt/C相近的ORR(氧化还原反应)活性,循环1 000圈后,仍然表现出较好的ORR速率,几乎没有衰减.在HER(析氢反应)活性上则优于传统商业Pt/C.结果表明,一锅法制得的CoPtPb三元纳米金属颗粒具有较好的稳定性和催化活性,对减少电催化剂中贵金属的消耗具有参考价值.

【Abstract】 CoPtPb ternary nano alloy was synthesized from Co (acac)3,Pt (acac)2 and Pb (acac)2 by onepot method at 340 ℃. The surface morphology,crystal structure and composition of CoPtPb were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The electrochemical oxygen reduction performance and hydrogen production performance of CoPtPb with different components were studied. It is found that the ORR activity of CoPtPb is similar to that of the commercial Pt/C. After 1 000 cycles,it still shows good ORR rate with no decay. The HER activity of CoPtPb is better than that of the commercial Pt/C. The results show that the CoPtPb nanoparticles prepared by one-pot method have good stability and catalytic activity, which has reference value for reducing the consumption of precious metals in electrocatalysts.
