【摘要】 创新驱动发展背景下,创新型人力资本存量与水平是衡量和评价长江经济带各省市创新能力和潜力的重要因素。引入生态位理论,从生态位值、生态位宽度、生态位重叠度三个方面实证研究长江经济带11省市创新型人力资本竞争力水平及其演化趋势。研究发现:长江经济带创新型人力资本生态位值并未随着时间变化而呈现出明显的变化态势,各地有明显的空间差异;各省市创新型人力资本生态位宽度差距较大,总体而言各地生态位宽度差距随时间变化逐渐缩小;从整体上看,长江经济带省域创新型人力资本生态位重叠度较高,创新型人力资本存在高度竞争。基于此,应当从优化生态位结构、拓展生态位宽度、减少生态位重叠等方面提高创新型人力资本竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of innovation-driven development, the stock and level of innovative human capital are important factors in measuring and evaluating the innovation capacity and potential of provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The niche theory is introduced to empirically study the competitiveness and their evolutionary trends of innovative human capital in 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from three aspects of niche value, niche width, and niche overlap. The study found that: the ecological niche value of the innovative human capital in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has not changed significantly with time, and there are obvious spatial differences in different regions. There is a large gap in the niche breadth of innovative human capital across provinces and cities. In general, the gap in niche breadth across regions has gradually narrowed over time. On the whole, the niche overlap of provincial innovative human capital in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is high, and there is a high degree of competition for innovative human capital. In order to improve the competitiveness of innovative human capital, we should optimize the niche structure, expand the niche width, and reduce the niche overlap.更多还原
