类电磁粒子滤波预估耙吸挖泥船土壤粒径研究
Research on soil particle size prediction of harrow suction dredger by electromagnetic-like particle filter
【摘要】 在耙吸挖泥船疏浚作业的过程中,土壤粒径难以及时测量,如果对每一粒土壤粒径进行测量会耗费大量的时间与成本.一旦工况发生改变,则需要继续投入大量的成本,导致工作量的海量上升.土壤粒径的大小与疏浚作业中的其他参数如静水沉降速度、沉积物实际密度等有关,文中以耙吸挖泥船动态沉积模型为基础,通过一种基于类电磁机制的粒子滤波算法进行土壤的粒径估计.类电磁机制的粒子滤波算法将采样的粒子看成是带电量的粒子,通过电荷之间的吸引与排斥让粒子集朝着更优的解值方向移动,使估计值与真实值更加接近.试验结果表明:类电磁机制的粒子滤波算法相对于标准粒子滤波能更好的估计土壤粒径,结果更加精确.
【Abstract】 In the process of dredging, it is difficult to measure the size department of soil grains in time. It takes a lot of time and cost to measure each grain of soil. This is not realistic in the real world of dredging work, and once the operating condition changes, it means that a lot of time and cost should be invested. As a result, it will inevitably leads to the massive increase in workload. In the loading process of the harrow suction dredger, the size of soil particles plays a very important role. The soil particle size is related to other parameters in the dredging operation of the rake suction dredger, such as the sedimentation rate of static water, the actual density of sediment, erosion coefficient, and the index based on particle Reynolds number. Therefore, it can be seen that it is necessary to estimate the size of soil particle size. This is a very important part of the stowage process of the rake suction dredger. Based on dynamic deposition model of rake suction dredger, particle filter algorithm based on electromagnetic-like mechanism is used to estimate the size of soil. The particle filtering algorithm with electromagnetic-like mechanism treats the sampled particles as charged particles, calculates the amount of charge and the resultant force received by the particles, and moves the particle set towards a better solution value through the attraction and repulsion between the charges, making the estimated value more close to the real value. Since charged particles interact with each other by repulsive forces, charged particles are kept at a certain distance from each other, thus alleviating the problem of particle scarcity. The experimental results show that compared with the standard particle filter, the particle filter algorithm with electromagnetic-like mechanism can estimate the size of soil grains better, and the results are more precise.
