聚醚型聚氨酯电纺纤维膜的制备及结构性能研究
Preparation and structural properties of electrospun polyether-type polyurethane fiber membrane
【摘要】 将聚醚型聚氨酯(PU)切片溶于四氢呋喃/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(体积比1:1)混合溶剂中,配制得到质量分数分别为2%,3%,4%,5%的透明均一纺丝液,采用静电纺丝法制备聚醚型PU电纺纤维膜,研究了其结构与性能。结果表明:聚醚型PU电纺纤维膜在电纺过程中没有发生化学结构的变化;随着纺丝液浓度增加,纤维直径逐渐增加,聚醚型PU电纺纤维膜的孔隙率先增大后减小,断裂强度、拉伸模量和断裂伸长率先减小后增加;当纺丝液质量分数为3%时,聚醚型PU电纺纤维膜的纤维表面光滑且直径分布均匀,纤维平均直径为(380.7±85)nm,孔隙率为(86.4±1.8)%,接触角为134°,吸水率为248.4%,水蒸气透过率为99.29 g/(m~2·h),拉伸强度为2.77 MPa,拉伸模量为1.70 MPa,断裂伸长率为103.3%。
【Abstract】 Polyether-type polyurethane(PU) chips were dissolved in tetrahydrofuran/N, N-dimethylformamide(volume ratio 1:1) mixed solvent to prepare transparent homogeneous spinning solutions with mass fractions of 2%, 3%, 4% and 5%, respectively,from which electrospun polyether-type PU fiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning process. The structure and properties of the fiber membrane were studied. The results showed that the chemical structure of electrospun polyether-type PU fiber membranes did not change during the electrospinning process; the fiber diameter increased gradually, the porosity increased first and then decreased, and the breaking strength, tensile modulus and elongation at break of the electrospun polyether-type PU fiber membranes decreased first and then increased with the increase of the spinning solution concentration; and the electrospun polyether-type PU fiber membrane had smooth surface and uniform diameter distribution with the fiber average diameter of(380.7±85) nm and possessed the porosity of(86.4±1.8)%, contact angle 134°, water absorption 248.4%, water vapor transmission 99.29 g/(m~2·h), tensile strength 2.77 MPa, tensile modulus 1.70 MPa and elongatin at break 103.3% when the mass fraction of spinning solution was 3%.
