酚醛树脂硫化丁腈橡胶的动力学

【摘要】 以氯化亚锡二水合物为活性剂制备了酚醛树脂(PF)硫化丁腈橡胶(NBR),考察了氯化亚锡二水合物对PF硫化NBR硫化特性的影响,并探讨了硫化机理。分别采用差减微分法(Freeman–Carroll)、Kissinger法和Ozawa法计算了硫化反应的动力学参数,建立了反应的自催化模型以及n级反应模型,得到了反应的动力学方程。结果表明,所建模型能够反映PF硫化NBR的反应过程,研究体系的n级动力学模型为dα/dt=1.7×1016e-133 466(1-α)0.95

【Abstract】 Phenolic resin(PF)-vulcanized butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber(NBR) was prepared with stannous chloride dihydrate(SnCl2·2 H2O) as active agent. The effect of SnCl2·2 H2O on the vulcanization characteristics of PF-vulcanized NBR was investigated and the vulcanization mechanism was discussed. The kinetic parameters of the vulcanization were calculated by Freeman-Carroll, Kissinger method and Ozawa method respectively. The autocatalytic model of the reaction and the n order reaction model were established, and the kinetic equation of the reaction was obtained.The results showed that the addition of SnCl2·2 H2O reduced the activation energy of the reaction, which had a significant promotion effect on the vulcanization process, and kinetic model for PF-vulcanized NBR system was dα/dt=1.7×1016e-133 466(1-α)0.95.
