成核剂对提高聚丙烯刚性的影响

【摘要】 研究了8种成核剂对聚丙烯(PP)刚性的改性效果。结果表明:成核剂TMA-3,NAA-325,M1128使PP的弯曲模量明显提高;成核剂的最佳用量为0.10%~0.15%(w);成核剂可以显著提高PP的刚性、拉伸屈服应力,但断裂拉伸应变下降;两种成核剂复配使用不利于提高PP的弯曲模量;加入成核剂会细化PP的球晶,显著降低球晶的尺寸,加快结晶速率。

【Abstract】 The effects of eight nucleating agents on the rigidity of polypropylene(PP) are compared.The results show that the nucleating agents of TMA-3,NAA-325 and M1128 improve the flexural modulus of PP significantly.The optimum mass fraction of nucleating agent ranges from 0.10% to 0.15%.The nucleating agent can enhance the rigidity and tensile yield stress of PP,while the tensile strain at break of the product decreases.The combination of the two nucleating agents is against the increase of the flexural modulus of PP.The addition of a nucleating agent refines the spherulite of PP,reducing the size of the spherulite,and accelerating crystallization rate of PP.
