【摘要】 新型冠状病毒性肺炎属中医"瘟疫"范畴,各类人群均易感。本例产妇孕晚期感疫戾邪气,病情进展迅速,为新型冠状病毒肺炎危重型。救治过程中,中医对证治疗,结合患者"内闭外脱"证型,采取"托"与"清"相结合的救治思路,以回阳固脱、宣肺平喘、通腑泄热、豁痰开窍为治则拟方用药,并根据患者病情辨证加减,临床痊愈,预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 COVID-19 belongs to the category of ’plague ’in traditional Chinese medicine,and all kinds of people are susceptible. In this case,the puerpera was infected with pathogenic factors in her later stage of pregnancy,rapidly progressive,being COVID-19 critical type. In the course of treatment,TCM method of treatment was useing,according to her symptoms of inner blocking and outer collapse,a treatment strategy of ’support’ and ’reduce’ was designed to regain Yang and curb degeneration,relax lungs and relieve asthma,free viscera and disperse heat,eliminate phlegm and clear opens,and according to the patient condition dialectical addition and subtraction medication,the patient was cured,and the curative effect was good.更多还原
