【摘要】 目的回顾性分析清肺排毒汤辅助西药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床疗效。方法以2020-01-25—2020-02-26期间河北省廊坊市第三人民医院住院治疗的30例COVID-19患者为研究对象,对其基本信息、临床分型、中医证候及中医证型、实验室指标异常情况、临床症状消失时间、影像学吸收时间及住院时间进行统计分析。结果 30例COVID-19患者年龄分布较广,平均年龄(42±15.70)岁,以男性居多,其中30.00%的患者有基础疾病,临床分型多为普通型(86.67%);所有患者均有发热,多数患者表现为咳嗽(73.33%),部分患者有咯痰(26.67%)、胸闷(23.33%)及气短(23.33%)等症状,少数患者出现腹泻(10.00%),部分患者出现恶寒(26.67%)、乏力(43.33%)、头身痛(30.00%)等全身症状; 30例患者的中医证型为寒湿郁肺证(73.33%),其次为疫毒闭肺证(26.67%); 33.33%的患者白细胞计数(WBC)降低,20.00%的患者淋巴细胞绝对值下降,83.33%的患者C反应蛋白升高,30.00%的患者红细胞沉降率(ESR)升高,23.33%的患者天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)升高。治疗后,所有患者发热、咳嗽、乏力等症状均明显减轻,不同临床分型的患者退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、乏力消失时间、头身痛消失时间、住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。30例患者临床痊愈率及影像学缓解率均为100%。结论清肺排毒汤辅助西药治疗COVID-19疗效确切,能显著减轻患者的临床症状,缩短住院时间,提高临床痊愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Qingfei Paidu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of COVID-19. Methods A total of 30 patients with COVID-19 hospitalized in the Third People ’s Hospital of Langfang City,Hebei Province from January 25 to February 26,2020 were enrolled in the study. The basic information,clinical classification,TCM syndromes and TCM syndromes,abnormal laboratory indexes,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,imaging absorption time and hospitalization time were statistically analyzed. After treatment,the symptoms of fever,cough and fatigue in all patients were significantly reduced,and the clinical cure rate was 100%. There were significant differences in antipyretic time,cough disappearance time,fatigue disappearance time,head and body pain disappearance time and hospitalization time between different types of patients( P < 0. 05).
