肝素结合蛋白的临床应用研究进展

【摘要】 肝素结合蛋白(HBP)又称CAP37或天青杀素(HBP),是中性粒细胞受到外界刺激释放产生的功能多样的颗粒蛋白,主要有抗菌活性,促使血管渗漏,在宿主的免疫防御和免疫调节中也发挥至关重要的作用。因此HBP在感染性疾病等其他炎性相关疾病中的应用受到了广泛关注和研究,作为一种新兴的感染性疾病相关的国际创新型生物标志物,目前HBP主要用于辅助临床诊断,相信在不久的将来HBP可以给予临床诊断和治疗更大的帮助。本文就HBP的功能特性以及其在临床应用进展做一综述。

【Abstract】 Heparin-binding protein(HBP), also known as CAP37 or azurocidin, is a kind of granular protein produced and released by polymorphonuclear leukocytes when stimulated by the outside world. It has antibacterial activity,which promotes vascular leakage, and plays an important role in the host’s immune defense and immune regulation. Therefore, the application of HBP in infectious diseases and other inflammatory related diseases has been widely concerned and studied. As a new international innovative biomarker related to infectious diseases, HBP is mainly used for auxiliary clinical diagnosis now. It is believed that HBP can give greater help to clinical diagnosis and treatment in the near future. This article reviews the functional characteristics of HBP and its clinical application in clinical practice.
