【摘要】 目的观察舒适护理对骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）化疗患者治疗依从性和免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月收治的MDS化疗患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予舒适护理干预。比较2组治疗效果、依从性、自我护理能力、血常规指标、感染指标及T淋巴细胞亚群。结果观察组治疗总有效率、依从率、自我护理能力评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。护理前2组WBC、Hb、PLT、CRP、PCT、ESR、CD⁺₃、CD⁺₄、CD⁺₈、CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;护理后2组WBC、Hb、PLT、CD⁺₃、CD⁺₄、CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈均显著高于护理前,CRP、PCT、ESR、CD⁺₈均显著低于护理前（P<0.05）,且观察组WBC、Hb、PLT、CD⁺₃、CD⁺₄、CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈高于对照组,CRP、PCT、ESR、CD⁺₈低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论舒适护理应用于MDS化疗患者能够有效提高治疗效果及患者依从性,改善患者免疫功能,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of comfortable nursing on compliance and immune function of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome（MDS） undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with MDS who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into the observation group（n=45） and control group（n=45）.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing interventions,however,the patients in observation group were treated by comfortable nursing intervention.The therapeutic effects, compliance,self-care ability,blood routine indexes,infection indexes and T cell subsets were observed and comapred between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,compliances and scores of self-care ability in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P<0.05）.Before nursing,there were no significant differences in WBC,Hb,PLT,CRP,PCT,ESR,CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄,CD⁺₈ and CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ between the two groups（P>0.05）.After nursing intervention the levels of WBC,Hb,PLT,CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄ and CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ were significantly increased in both groups,however,the levels of CRP,PCT,ESR and CD⁺₈ were significantly decreased both groups（P<0.05）,moreover, the levels of WBC,Hb,PLT,CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄,CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,but the levels of CRP,PCT,ESR,CD⁺₈ in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing for the patients with MDS undergoing chemotherapy can improve the therapeutic effects, compliance,self-care ability and immune function of patients,thus, it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
