【摘要】 目的讨论健康行动过程理论对卒中患者康复进程及自我效能的影响。方法 122例卒中患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组61例。对照组患者在治疗时给予神经内科标准护理方式,试验组则在健康行动过程理论下实施康复护理,观察2组护理方式对患者康复进程以及自我效能的影响。结果实施护理干预前,2组患者的自我效能评分、自我行为评分、日常生活活动能力评分以及神经功能评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在实施健康行动过程理论的护理后,试验组患者的自我效能评分、自我行为评分、日常生活活动能力评分以及神经功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中患者康复治疗过程中,可在健康行动过程理论下实施康复护理,能够提升患者的康复进程,同时还能够提升患者自我效能水平,临床应用效果较好,值得广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of health action process theory on rehabilitation process and self-efficacy in patients with cerebral stroke.Methods A total of 122 patients with cerebral stroke who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into experimental group(n=61) and control group(n=61) according to random number table method.The patients in control group were treated by standard nursing mode of department of neurology,however, the patients in experimental group were treated by rehabilitation nursing according to the theory of healthy action process.The effects of different nursing modes on rehabilitation process and self-efficacy of patients were observed and comapred.Results Before the implementation of nursing intervention,there were no significant differences in self-efficacy scores,self-behavior scores,activity of daily living scores and neurological function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After implementation of nursing intervention according to health action process theory,the self-efficacy scores,self-behavior scores,activity of daily living scores and neurological function scores in experimental group were significant higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During rehabilitation treatment for patients with cerebral stroke, the implementation of nursing intervention according to health action process theory can improve the rehabilitation process of patients,at the same time,which can improve the levels of self-efficacy of patients,with better clinical application effects,therefor, it is worth popularizing widely in clinical practice.更多还原
