【摘要】 目的探讨丹红注射液治疗氟尿嘧啶所致心脏毒性的临床效果。方法选取收集的100例使用氟尿嘧啶进行化疗的恶性肿瘤患者,其中50例患者采用FOLFOX4方案化疗的同时给予丹红注射液(治疗组)、另外50例患者仅给予FOLFOX4方案化疗(对照组),比较化疗前后2组患者超声心动图[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]、心肌酶学[磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、脑钠肽(BNP)]、心电图(ST-T异常、QRS波群电压下降、心律失常发生率)。结果化疗前,2组患者的LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗6周期后,治疗组的LVEDD、LVESD显著低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05);化疗前,2组患者的血清CK-MB、cTnI、BNP测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗6个周期后,治疗组的CK-MB、cTnI、BNP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗6个周期后,治疗组的ST-T异常、QRS波群电压下降、心律失常发生率均显著的低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液能够减轻恶性肿瘤患者氟尿嘧啶化疗过程中所致的心脏毒性,对心脏具有显著的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Danhong injection on cardiotoxicity induced by fluorouracil.Methods One hundred patients with malignant tumor who were treated by chemotherapy with fluorouracil in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled in the study,who were who were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in observation group were treated by FOLFOX4 chemotherapy combined with Danhong injection,however,the patients in control group were treated by FOLFOX4 chemotherapy only.The LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,CK-MB,LDH,BNP,ECG indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before chemotherapy,there were no significant differences in LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6-cycle chemotherapy,the LVEDD and LVESD in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however, the LVEF levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Before chemotherapy,there were no significant differences in the serum levels of CK-MB,cTnI and BNP between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6-cycle chemotherapy,the serum levels of CK-MB,cTnI and BNP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rates of ST-T abnormalities,QRS complex voltage decline and arrhythmia in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection can reduce the cardiotoxicity induced by fluorouracil chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors during treatment,which has a significant protective effect on the heart of patient.更多还原
