【摘要】 目的使动态心电图的某些诊断更简单化、一目了然,分析更准确、迅速、无遗漏,能使动态心电图报告更好地服务于临床。方法 A组采用常规分析法、B组采用Lorenze散点图分析法,A、B两组均使用这40例病例进行数据分析。结果40例不同的室性心律失常在Lorenze散点图上有不同的模型,使用后比较常规方法分析动态心电图,诊断分析更准确、迅速、无遗漏。结论使用Lorenze散点图能使某些动态心电图诊断更简单化,一目了然。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the base of the diagnosis of Holter by using lorenze Scatter model.Methods Routine analysis was used in group A,Lorenze scatter analysis was used in group B,and data analysis was carried out in both groups.Results We collect 40 cases of patients with ventricular arrhythmias,which have different models on Lorenze scatter plots.By understanding their different manifestations and principles of generation,we can make the diagnasis and analysis of DCG more accurate,rapid and without omission.Conclusion Lorenze Scatter diagram can make the diagnosis of some DCG easier at a glance.更多还原
