【摘要】 目的研究宫腔镜下电切除术(HE)治疗子宫内膜息肉(EP)不孕的效果。方法随机数字表法将80例EP不孕患者分为观察组与对照组,各40例,对照组进行刮宫术治疗,观察组给予宫腔镜下电切除术治疗。观察两组患者术中及术后情况。结果观察组息肉复发率仅为5%,远低于对照组的20%(P<0.05);观察组的妊娠率为82.50%,明显优于对照组的50%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后月经量均下降(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.5%,远低于对照组的20%(P<0.05)。两组平均手术时间和住院时间相差不大(P>0.05)。结论 HE治疗EP不孕患者临床效果好,改善患者月经紊乱,减少并发症且复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy(HE)on endometrial polyps(EP)infertility.Methods 80 cases of EP infertility in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with curettage,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy.The intraoperative and postoperative conditions of the two groups were observed.Results The recurrence rate of polyps in the observation group was only5%,which was much lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 82.50%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Compared with before treatment,the menstrual volume decreased after treatment(P <0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.5%,which was much lower than that of the control group(20%)(P<0.05).The average operation time and hospitalization time of the two groups were not much different(P>0.05).Conclusion HE has a good clinical effect in treating EP infertility patients,it can improve menstrual disorders,and reduce complications and lower recurrence rate.更多还原
