【摘要】 在微生物源农药活性天然产物的筛选过程中,得到1株除草真菌NBERC₅1984,为明确其除草活性物质基础,对其次生代谢产物进行研究。通过活性跟踪以及菌株大量发酵,经提取和制备高效液相色谱分离纯化得到2个化合物,并通过LC-MS以及NMR鉴定为Pseurotin A（1）和Bisdethiobis（methylthio）gliotoxin（2）,除草活性测试表明,化合物1对反枝苋具有生长抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the search for pesticides of natural products from microbes,fungus NBERC₅1984 with herbicidal activity was obtained.In order to clarify the active substance basis of fungus NBERC₅1984,its secondary metabolites were studied. By activity tracking and large-scale fermentation,2 compounds were isolated and identified as Pseurotin A（1）and Bisdethiobis（methylthio）gliotoxin（2）by LC-MS and NMR. Pseurotin A was found to show herbicidal activity to Amaranthus retroflexus.更多还原
