武汉市设施秋番茄新品种引进筛选

【摘要】 基于8个番茄品种植物学性状、抗性、产量以及分子标记,筛选适宜武汉市秋季设施栽培的番茄新品种。结果表明,安莎迪、迪达2个品种产量高,抗黄化曲叶病毒病(Ty-1)、根结线虫病和烟草花叶病毒病,果实商品性好,符合武汉市消费习惯,可在武汉市及周边地区示范推广;迈阿蜜经分子标记检测含有Ty-2基因。

【Abstract】 Based on the botanical characters, resistance, yield and molecular markers of eight tomato varieties, new tomato varieties suitable for facility cultivation in autumn in Wuhan were screened. The results showed that the two varieties,Ansadi and Dida, had high yields and were resistant to yellow leaf curl virus disease(Ty-1), root-knot nematode disease and tobacco mosaic virus disease. The fruit has good commercial properties and meets the consumption habits of Wuhan, thus can be promoted in Wuhan and surrounding areas. According to molecular marker detection, Maiami contains the Ty-2 gene.
