基于毕达哥拉斯TODIM和Heronian算子的语言多属性群决策及应用
Group Decision-Making Approach and Its Application Based on Pythagoras TODIM and Heronian Operators
【摘要】 针对决策信息和属性权重为语言术语的多属性群决策问题,提出一种基于Heronian算子和TODIM的毕达哥拉斯决策方法。首先,利用Heronian算子集结个体决策矩阵。其次,利用得分函数改进TODIM方法来适用毕达哥拉斯模糊集;从而建立毕达哥拉斯群决策方法。最后,通过远程会诊协同质量评价验证了该方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 when the decision information and attribute weights are linguistic terms for the multi-attribute group decision-making problem, a decision-making method based on the Pythagorean TODIM and Heronian operators is proposed. Firstly, the Heronian operator is used to aggregate the individual decision matrix. Secondly, the TODIM method is improved to apply to the Pythagorean fuzzy set by using the score function. Thus the Pythagorean group decision-making method is established. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by an example of telemedicine collaborative service quality evaluation.
