基于科技竞赛的大学生工程实践创新能力提升路径的探索——以材料类学科“专创”融合人才培养为例

【摘要】 为满足中国教育现代化2035要求,深化高校的创新创业教育改革,更好地实现"专创"融合,探索以科技竞赛为载体的大学生工程实践创新能力提升路径。在科技竞赛的实施过程中,建立"专创"融合特色示范课和专业课,夯实学生的专业基础,使学生"根基强起来";开展丰富多彩的学生科技社团,培养学生科研和创新的兴趣,使学生"活力热起来";开展围绕质量教育社会实践基地的质量教育活动,普及质量知识、适应经济社会发展的关键环节,提升学生职业素养,使学生"质量立起来"和"能力提起来";通过课程思政培养立德树人的中国视野、严谨求是的科学精神、科技报国的家国情怀,使学生"责任树起来";最终实现大学生"知识-能力-素养-责任"工程实践创新能力四个层次的提升,构建了创新创业人才培养模式,完善了创新人才培养机制。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of China’s education modernization goal 2035, to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and to better realize the integration of "specialty and innovation", this paper explores the way to improve the innovation ability of college students in engineering practice using science and technology competition as the carrier. In the implementation of the science and technology competition, it established a "special creation" integrated characteristic demonstration class(the first classroom) to consolidate the students’ professional foundation, making the students "stronger". Then, we develop a colorful student science and technology club(the second classroom) to cultivate students’ interest in scientific research and innovation, making students "energetic". It carries out quality education activities around the social practice base of quality education(the third classroom), to popularize quality knowledge, to adapt to the key links of economic and social development and to improve students’ professional quality, making students to "establish quality" and "improve their abilities". Through the ideological and political course(the fourth classroom), it cultivates the Chinese vision of LideShuren-the scientific spirit of rigorous seeking truth and the feeling of serving the country with science and technology, making students "establish responsibility". Finally, the four levels of college students’ "knowledge-ability-literacy-responsibility" engineering practice innovation ability were improved, the innovation and entrepreneurship talent 4.0 training model was constructed, and the innovative talent training mechanism improved.
