【摘要】 2010年以来,我国干果产业迅猛发展,产量迅速增加,市场供求关系发生根本改变。河北省是我国传统干果主产区,干果栽培面积和产量虽然逐年增加,但整体份额却逐渐下降。通过数据分析,阐述了河北省干果产业发展现状,总结了河北省干果产业存在品种结构不合理、集约化程度低、采后加工薄弱等问题,建议整合现有资源促进规模化生产,加快推进干果良种区域化,实现栽培技术标准化和省力化,加速集约化经营模式,进一步推动采后处理及加工产业的发展,促进干果产品的多样化、商品化及安全化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 2010, Chinese dry fruit industry has been developing rapidly, leading to rapid increase in output, and fundamental changes in the market supply and demand. As one of the traditional main production areas, the cultivation areas and yields of dry fruit in Hebei have increased yearly. However, the yield proportion of Hebei in China has been declined gradually. In this study, current status of dry fruit industry in Hebei was elucidated through data analysis, and problems were summarized, including variety structure, intensive level and post-harvest processing. Then, some countermeasures such as integrating resources to promote large-scale production, accelerating the regionalization of improved varieties, implementing standardization and labor-saving cultivation and promoting post-harvest industry were put forward. These solutions would be beneficial to dry fruit industrial development, and promote product diversification and safety.更多还原
