【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the characteristics of art college students in the new era and the dilemma of cultural self-confidence cultivation,and finds that the theoretical knowledge of art college students is not solid enough to effectively inherit and innovate China’s excellent traditional culture,the art creation platform is not effectively coordinated,and some college student Party members do not play a leading role,and the teacher force is insufficient and so on. Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the role of party building in promoting innovation,strengthening the construction of artistic college students’ style of study,cultivating legal culture,facilitating cultural self-confidence,enriching campus culture and creating cultural atmosphere.
