【摘要】 诊所式教学模式是法学高等教育领域较有代表性的一种模式,通过学做一体的教学,可以较好地满足开放大学中法学学科学生的需求。但目前在实践中还存在研究数量较少、推广范围有限、教师实际实践能力有限、教学模式实施能力不足等问题。开放大学可尝试加强对诊所式教学模式的研究、拓展诊所式教学模式的实践应用领域、加大对相关课程建设的扶持力度、提高教师实际法律事务实践能力、打造双师素质的法学学科教师队伍等策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical teaching model is a representative model in the field of higher education of law.
