【摘要】 在PIVAS配置静脉药物,可以保证无菌性,为临床提供安全、有效的静脉药物,可以改变传统药学服务模式。但是由于PIVAS的工作流程复杂,环节比较多,工作量大等特点,各个环节都可能发生用药错误。因此,为了有效控制静脉用药集中调配中心成品输液的质量,避免发生用药错误,我院静脉用药集中调配中心从SOP,物品管理,人员培训,环境控制四方面全方位严格进行质量控制,保证临床用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intravenous infusion in PIVAS can ensure asepsis;PIVAS provides safe and effective intravenous infusion for clinic,and changes the traditional pharmaceutical care model.However,each link may occur medication errors,due to the complex work flow in PIVAS,more links,large workload and so on.Therefore,in order to effectively control the quality of intravenous infusion in PIVAS and to avoid medication errors,PIVAS of our hospital strictly carries out quality control from the aspects of SOP,goods management,personnel training and environmental control to ensure the safety of clinical medication.更多还原
