【摘要】 目的探析慢性稳定性心绞痛患者应用活血化瘀中成药联合阿司匹林治疗的临床效果。方法对2016年8月～2018年4月在我院接受治疗的70例慢性稳定性心绞痛患者予以研究,依照随机抽签法分为两组,即对照组(n=35)、观察组(n=35)。对照组患者应用阿司匹林治疗,观察组患者应用活血化瘀中成药联合阿司匹林治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血液流变学指标变化、血小板聚集率(PAG)、P选择素(CD62P)、血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa复合物(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)水平。结果观察组治疗后中医证候积分明显降低,且低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后全血粘度(BV)、血浆粘度(PV)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数均明显降低,且低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PAG、CD62P、GPⅡb/Ⅲa水平均明显降低,且低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论慢性稳定性心绞痛患者应用活血化瘀中成药联合阿司匹林治疗的临床效果更加确切,可减轻患者症状,改善患者血液流变学,抑制血小板聚集,值得临床推广普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of aspirin combined with Chinese patent medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with chronic stable angina.METHODS Seventy patients with chronic stable angina pectoris treated in our hospital from August 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=35) and observation group(n=35).The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with aspirin.The changes of TCM syndrome integral,hemorheological indexes,platelet aggregation rate(PAG),P selectin(CD62 P) and platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa complex(GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS The TCM syndrome score of the observation group decreased significantly after treatment,and was lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Observation group after treatment of whole blood viscosity(BV),plasma viscosity(PV),red blood cells deposited(HCT),erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Observation group after treatment of PAG,CD62 P,GP Ⅱ b/Ⅲ levels were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION patients with chronic stable angina application of combined aspirin treatment of proprietary Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and the clinical effect of more precise,can reduce symptoms,improve blood rheology,inhibition of platelet aggregation,and worthy of clinical popularization.更多还原
