【摘要】 目的观察临方炮制三子养亲汤对哮喘的治疗效果,为其临床应用及推广提供一定的循证医学证据。方法收集符合标准的哮喘病例60例,观察患者咳嗽、咯痰、喘促等临床症状及肺部体征,记录β受体激动剂、茶碱、糖皮质激素使用情况。结果 3组哮喘患者治疗期间多索茶碱使用量比较无显著差异(F=0.365,P>0.05);三种方法治疗哮喘的疗效有差异(Z=8.268,P<0.05),进一步的两两分析发现,其中临方炮制组和对照组治疗哮喘的疗效无差异(P>0.05),而生品组与对照组和临方炮制组的疗效有差异(P<0.05);治疗前后比较,治疗后3组患者临床症状积分均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01)。结论临方炮制三子养亲汤联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂1吸和布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂2吸治疗哮喘的效果相同,均优于生品三子养亲汤联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂1吸。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Linfang processed SanZiYangQin Decoction on asthma,and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for its clinical application and promotion.METHODS 60 cases of asthma were collected.The clinical symptoms and lung signs of cough,sputum expectoration and asthma were observed.The use of beta receptor agonists,theophylline and glucocorticoid was recorded.RESULTS There was no significant difference in the dosage of doxofylline among the three groups during treatment(F=0.365,P>0.05);there was difference in the efficacy of the three methods in treating asthma(Z=8.268,P<0.05).Further two-way analysis showed that there was no difference in the efficacy of Linfang processing group and control group in treating asthma(P>0.05),while the raw product group and control group had no difference(P>0.05).Compared with the Linfang processing group,the clinical symptom scores of the three groups decreased significantly(P<0.01) before and after treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Linfang processed SanZiYangShen Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation once and budesonide formoterol powder inhalation twice had the same effect in treating asthma,which were better than the raw SanziYangshen Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation 1.更多还原
