【摘要】 目的考察了解药物品牌效应给社区重性精神病患者选药倾向和用药依从性带来的影响,为实施针对性的服药训练提供依据。方法对我市社区康复中心68例重性精神病患者进行问卷调研,通过统计学分析以比较药物品牌效应对患者选药倾向和依从性的影响。结果小学文化的患者优先选用合资/进口药得分较高,经检验,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05),家庭月收入范围为5001～10000元的患者对合资/进口药质量好的评分低于其余两组,经检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者学历与其是否优先选用合资/进口药呈负相关。女性患者遵守剂量服药与年龄呈负相关。结论患者学历与优先选择进口/合资品牌倾向相关;在女性患者中,年龄与依从性相关。医药工作者应发挥专业所长,帮助患者建立正确的用药观念,以促进精神科药物的合理利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of drug branding on the drug selection tendency and medication compliance of patients with severe psychosis in the community,and to provide evidence for targeted drug training.METHODS A total of 68 severe psychiatric patients in the community rehabilitation center of our city were surveyed by questionnaires.Statistical analysis was used to compare the effects of drug branding on drug selection and compliance.RESULTS The primary school culture patients preferred the joint venture/imported drug scores to be higher.After the test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients with monthly family income ranging from 5001 to 10,000 yuan had a low score for the joint venture/imported drug quality.In the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the patient′s education was negatively correlated with whether it was preferred to use joint venture/imported drugs.Female patients who were dose-administered were negatively correlated with age.CONCLUSION Patient qualifications are associated with a preference for import/joint venture branding;in female patients,age is associated with compliance.Medical workers should give full play to professional directors to help patients establish correct drug use concepts to promote the rational use of psychiatric drugs.更多还原
