【摘要】 免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)已广泛应用于多种肿瘤的治疗,并在相当一部分实体癌患者中显示出具有临床意义的生存获益。而与此同时衍生的免疫相关不良事件(irAEs)构成了新的临床管理挑战。与常规细胞毒性化学疗法所观察到的毒性有很大不同,迅速识别irAEs并适当的管理,通常会使不良事件完全可逆,否则可能会导致严重的毒性甚至死亡。因此,早期识别和预测风险因素以最小化irAEs非常重要,本文对目前irAEs相关的临床特征和生物标志物进行一一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs) have been widely used in the treatment of various tumors, and have shown clinically significant survival benefits in a substantial portion of patients with solid cancer. At the same time,its derived immune-related adverse events(irAEs) pose new clinical management challenges. It is very different from the toxicity observed by conventional cytotoxic chemotherapy. The rapid identification and proper management of irAEs usually makes the adverse events completely reversible, otherwise it may cause serious toxicity or even death. Therefore,it is very important to identify and predict risk factors at an early stage to minimize irAEs. This article reviews the current clinical features and biomarkers related to irAEs.更多还原
