【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在提高下颌智齿拔除术工作效率中的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月10日至20日北京大学深圳医院口腔医学中心门诊100例下颌智齿拔除术患者,按随机数表法分为品管圈组和常规组各50例。两组患者在门诊均进行下颌智齿拔除术治疗及健康指导,品管圈组通过品管圈活动开展护理,常规组按常规措施进行护理,比较两组患者的手术时间、焦虑评分、疼痛评分、满意度评分及术后并发症。结果实施品管圈活动后,手术时间[(18.00±2.45) min vs (34.08±2.65) min]、焦虑评分[(5.94±1.32)分vs (7.08±1.44)分]、疼痛评分[(3.24±0.92)分vs (3.90±1.05)分]比较,品管圈组明显少于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈组患者的满意度为(83.62±6.13)分,明显高于常规组的(73.06±6.00)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈组患者的术后并发症发生率为10.0%,明显低于常规组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动不仅能提高医生下颌智齿拔除术的工作效率,而且能提高患者的满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle in improving the efficiency of mandible wisdom tooth extraction. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 100 patients with mandibular wisdom teeth extraction, who admitted to Center of Stomatology, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from March 10 to 20, 2018. According to random number table, they were randomly divided into Quality Control Circle group(50 cases) and routine group(50 cases). The patients in the two groups were treated with mandible wisdom tooth extraction and health guidance in the outpatient department, and the measures of Quality Control Circle and routine measures were implemented respectively. The scores of operation time, anxiety, pain, satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results After the Quality Control Circle group implemented the activities, the scores of operation time, anxiety, pain of the Quality Control Circle group were(18.00±2.45) min,(5.94±1.32)points,(3.24 ± 0.92) points, respectively, which were significantly lower than corresponding(34.08 ± 2.65) min,(7.08 ±1.44) points,(3.90±1.05) points of the routine group(all P<0.05). The scores of satisfaction of the Quality Control Circle group were(83.62±6.13) points, which were significantly higher than(73.06±6.00) points of the routine group(P<0.05).Among the postoperative complications, the incidence rate of the Quality Control Circle group was 10.0%, which was significantly lower than 80.0% of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out the activity of Quality Control Circle can improve the efficiency of doctors’ mandibular wisdom tooth extraction, but also improve the patients’ satisfaction. It is worth popularizing in clinical application.更多还原
