Toll样受体4与KDM2B在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义
Expressions and clinical significance of TLR4 and KDM2B in ovarian cancer
【摘要】 目的探讨Toll样受体4(TLR4)与KDM2B在卵巢癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法分别检测20例正常卵巢组织、25例良性卵巢肿瘤组织及55例卵巢癌组织中TLR4与KDM2B的表达情况,分析两者的表达与卵巢癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果在正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢肿瘤组织、卵巢癌组织中TLR4及KDM2B阳性表达率均依次升高(P<0.05)。在卵巢癌组织中TLR4及KDM2B在低分化卵巢癌组织的表达阳性率均较高分化卵巢癌组织高(P<0.05),并随着国际妇产科协会(FIGO)分期的增加而升高(P<0.05),存在淋巴结转移者TLR4及KDM2B的表达阳性率较高(P<0.05)。两者阳性表达率与年龄无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卵巢癌组织中TLR4与KDM2B表达呈正相关(r=0.310,P<0.05)。结论在卵巢癌组织中TLR4及KDM2B呈高表达,两者均与肿瘤组织分级、FIGO分期及淋巴结转移有关,提示TLR4与KDM2B可能参与卵巢癌的发生发展。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) and KDM2 B in ovarian cancer.Methods The expressions of TLR4 and KDM2 B in 20 normal ovarian tissues,25 benign ovarian tumor tissues and 55 ovarian cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression of TLR4 and KDM2 B and the clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer patients were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of TLR4 and KDM2 B in normal ovarian tissue,benign ovarian tumor tissue and ovarian cancer tissue increased in turn(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of TLR4 and KDM2 B in poorly differentiated ovarian cancer tissues were higher in ovarian cancer tissues than in ovarian cancer tissues(P<0.05),and increased with the increase of the International Obstetrics and Gynecology Association(FIGO) stage( P<0.05),the positive expression rate of TLR4 and KDM2 B in lymph node metastasis was higher(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of the two was not related to age,and there were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between TLR4 and KDM2 B expression in ovarian cancer tissues(r=0.310, P < 0.05).Conclusion TLR4 and KDM2 B are highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues,both of which are related to tumor tissue grade,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis,suggesting that TLR4 and KDM2 B may be involved in the development of ovarian cancer.
