【摘要】 通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法对美国、日本、英国、法国、俄罗斯、德国等西方国家现任领导人及已故的前南非总统曼德拉、前古巴领导人卡斯特罗在任期间的施政方略中所蕴含的体育理念与主张进行梳理,以探求国家治理过程中的体育逻辑方位。研究表明,各国领导人执政理念随着国际形势变化而改变,呈现出国家之间一定的分合相间的时序规律性。执政时期的方针政策及其所蕴含的体育主张均以其个人所代表的政治集团利益为立足点,以体育作为施政手段,并与各国的历史文化背景交织相容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the methods of literature review and logical analysis,the sports thoughts and views,contained in the governance strategies and policy frameworks of the current political leaders of the United States,Japan,Britain,French,Russia and Germany,as well as the former president of South Africa Mandela and former Cuban leader Fidel Castro,have been sorted out and analyzed. The research analyzes that the ruling ideas of the leaders of various countries have been altered by the changes of the international situation,showing the temporal regularity of cooperation and division between countries. This paper also shows that these leaders represent the interests of the political group and utilize sports as a tool of governance. The policy frameworks and the underlying sports thoughts of leaders of various countries are integrated with the historical and cultural backgrounds of their own countries.更多还原
