【摘要】 在中国社会迈入新时代进程以来,社会对于高校体育教师有了全新的要求。对于体育教师专业发展的研究也有了新的视角和切入点。过往的体育教师发展研究中缺乏关注体育教师作为一个"人"的主体发展,即从社会关系、人的全面发展的角度考虑体育教师专业发展的研究非常少。由于体育教师专业发展中的受到主体性教育缺失的限制,没有能够引起人们对于高校体育教师角色多重性、工作复杂性以及发展长期性的关注,忽视了体育教师应是具有自主精神、创造精神、主体性鲜明的人。无论是在"师范教育"概念下,还是在"职业教育概念"下,体育教师往往置于被教育和被塑造的地位,主体性发展的意识淡薄。因此,我们需要转变体育教师的研究视角,立足于公体教学的现实基础,着眼于教师主体性发展的体育教师研究范式,为体育教师自我意识的觉醒和解放,为体育教师形象及生命内涵的重塑提供理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Chinese society has entered a new era,society has new requirements for college physical education teachers.Researches on the professional development of physical education teachers also have a new perspective and entry point. In past researches on the development of physical education teachers,there were lack of attention to the subjective development of physical education teachers as a"person",there was very little research on the professional development of physical education teachers about the perspective of social relations and the overall development of human beings. Due to the lack of subjective education in the professional development of physical education teachers,people have not paid attention to the multiple roles,complexity and long-term development of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities. However under the concept of"pedagogical education"or"vocational education",physical education teachers are often placed in an educated and shaped position,and their awareness of subjective development is weak. Therefore,we need to change the research perspective of physical education teachers,based on general physical education course teaching and focusing on the development of physical education teachers’ research paradigm. In order to awaken and emancipate self-awareness,this research provides theoretical support for rebuilding the image of physical education teachers and life connotation.更多还原
