【摘要】 采用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法,分析了体育公共服务体系的理论逻辑、现存困境,并提出了相应对策。研究表明,以满足人民美好生活需要目标导向,是由体育公共服务的公共属性所决定的。但由于体育公共服务部门存在"中梗阻"问题、顶层设计与标准化建设滞后、不同地区间的体育发展差异性较大、共建共享机制尚未形成,我国体育公共服务体系存在活力不强、质量不高、区域发展不均衡等问题。应改革创新体育公共服务的管理体制,加强整体规划和标准化建设,推进体育公共服务均等化发展,建构共建共享的社会体育服务网络,不断提高体育公共服务体系的发展质量和水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the theoretical logic and existing difficulties of the sports public service system and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Research shows that the goal orientation to meet the needs of people’s better life is determined by the public attribute of sports public service. However,due to the problems of " middle obstruction" in sports public service departments,the lag of top-level design and standardization construction,the great differences in sports development among different regions,and the failure of co construction and sharing mechanism,there are some problems in sports public service system in China,such as weak vitality,low quality,and unbalanced regional development. We should reform and innovate the management system of sports public service,strengthen the overall planning and standardization construction,promote the equal development of sports public service,build a social sports service network of co construction and sharing,and constantly improve the development quality and level of sports public service system.更多还原
