昭通异地黄花酢浆草总黄酮含量的测定

【摘要】 采用闪式提取法对昭通6个不同产地野生黄花酢浆草提取总黄酮,分别用芦丁、异荭草素标准品做对照,采用紫外分光光度法测定其总黄酮的含量。实验结果表明,昭通各产地黄花酢浆草总黄酮含量有一定变化,其中以镇雄县地区样品总黄酮含量最高,达到21402μg/g,而大关县地区样品总黄酮含量最低为8068μg/g。因此,昭通地区野生黄花酢浆草因产地不同导致总黄酮含量有差异。

【Abstract】 Flash extraction was used to extract the total flavonoids in Oxalis pes-caprae L. in six different origin of Zhaotong. The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry with rutin and isoorientin as standard substance. The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids there were some differences from place to place. Among them, Zhenxiong county samples had the highest content as 21402 μg/g, while Daguan county samples had the lowest content as 8068 μg/g. Therefore, the content of total flavonoids in Zhaotong was different due to different producing areas.
