省属高校材料专业学生工程实践能力现状与对策
Status and Improving Strategies of Engineering Practice Abilities for Material Related Majors’ Undergraduate Students in Provincial Universities
【摘要】 针对省属高校材料类专业本科学生工程实践能力进行客观分析,剖析了造成当前材料类专业学生工程实践能力较差的原因。本文从工程实践课程相关的管理与教学的角度,提出了省属地方高校学生工程实践能力提升的有效途径:融入实践教学的培养方案设计、产学研导向的硬件资源建设、教师工程实践素养的提升、企业和行业活动及社会活动的积极融入等。本文对从事材料类专业相关管理和实践教学的高校、教师和学生提供了一定的指导。
【Abstract】 The engineering practice abilities for material related majors’ undergraduate students in provincial universities were investigated, and the reasons that caused the relatively poor ability in engineering practice for undergraduate students in material related majors were analyzed. A series solution for the improvement of engineering practice abilities for undergraduate students in provincial universities were proposed under the perspectives of management and teaching of engineering practice related courses. The solutions may include and not limit to the design of training program integrated with practical engineering, the construction of Industry-University-Research-oriented hardware resources, the improvement of teachers’ engineering practice literacy, the active integration of corporate and industry activities and social activities, etc. The study will provide possible guidance for the university, teachers, and students for obtaining better engineering practice abilities.
