教研共生发展模式在药化实验教学中的探索

【摘要】 药物化学实验课程作为理论与实践相结合的良好平台,一般由验证性实验(经典药物的指定路线合成)组成。结合药物化学实验中已知药物合成路线的多样性等特点以及现有模式下教学中存在的问题,我们将药物化学实验课程更新为双层次设计课程,即验证性实验和开放性实验(经典药物的开放性路线探索)相结合模式,借此激发学生的研究性思维,实现教学与研究的共生发展模式,培养适应未来发展的创新型人才。

【Abstract】 As a good platform for the combination of theory and practice, the course of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Experiment is generally composed of confirmatory experiments, which refers to the synthesis of classical drugs. Combined with the characteristics of the diversity of known drug synthesis routes in Pharmaceutical Chemistry Experiment and the problems existing in the teaching under the existing mode, the course of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Experiment was updated into a two-level design course as a combination of confirmatory experiments and open experiments, open experiment referred to the exploration of the open route of classical drugs, in order to stimulate the research thinking of students, realize the symbiotic development model of teaching and research, and train innovative talents to adapt to the future development.
