中药药效活性成分遴选技术研究进展

【摘要】 中药中化学成分丰富、结构多样,具有活性广泛、高效低毒的特点,从中药及天然药物中遴选活性成分已成为重要的研究方向。而传统的基于化学分离-结构鉴定-生物活性评价模式工作量大,操作繁琐,高效的活性成分发现方法亟待发展。本文综述了目前药效活性成分遴选涉及的新技术、新材料,探讨了不同方法的优势与不足,以期为中药药效活性成分的研究提供借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) contains rich compounds, which have diverse structures, wide activity, high efficiency and low toxicity. Therefore, the research on screening active ingredients in nature products has become one of the research hotspots. However, the classic discovery model of active compounds from TCM based on "chemical separation-structure identification-activity detection" has a large workload and tedious operation. Novel efficient method is needed to solve the dilemma of traditional drug discovery models. The novel technologies and materials for bioactive compounds screening were summarized and compared, hoping to provide a reference to the active ingredient discovery research of traditional Chinese medicine.
